My Journey
I started in sales knocking on doors, building teams, and growing markets across South India. Over a decade, I moved from Sales Engineer to Regional Manager, leading multimillion-pound portfolios for brands such as Panasonic, Luminous (Schneider), A.O. Smith, and GM Modular.
Those years taught me that growth is a science: clear systems, disciplined execution, and data-driven decisions. But they also showed me a truth success that isn't shared isn't sustainable.
In 2022, I moved to the UK to pursue a Senior Leadership programme at Nottingham Business School. That experience transformed my leadership philosophy from managing revenue to managing impact.
After graduating and earning my CMI Level 7, I built what became Zylentrix Ltd, a consultancy specialising in Talent, Technology, and Transformation. One year later, I co-founded InternZity Ltd a platform designed to solve a problem I kept seeing: talented people missing remote opportunities because no one prepared them for it.
Career Timeline
Sales Beginnings
